Google Pixel tablet specs leaked: Here’s what we know so far

In May of this year, Google provided a sneak peek into its upcoming product lineup, featuring devices such as the Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel Watch, and the Pixel tablet. While the Pixel tablet was showcased in rendered marketing videos during the Google I/O conference, key details were omitted. However, a recent leak by tipster Kuba Wojciechowski via 91mobiles has unveiled certain specifications of the Pixel tablet, particularly regarding internal storage and screen size.

The leaked information appears to have surfaced during the Pixel tablet’s entry into the engineering validation test (EVT) phase, signifying the finalization of hardware and completion of the prototyping stage. According to the leaked details, the Pixel tablet is expected to be offered in two storage variants—128GB and 256GB. Additionally, rumors suggest a 10.95-inch screen, dual rear cameras, Wi-Fi 6 support, and the inclusion of a stylus developed by Google.

During the EVT phase, Google reportedly dispatched some Pixel tablets to India, hinting at a potential launch in the country. This aligns with a previous report suggesting that Google intends to introduce the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro in India as well.

Speculations further indicate that the upcoming Pixel tablet will be powered by the first-generation Tensor chipset. The tipster previously mentioned that it would be the first device to run on a 64-bit Android 13 and would lack GPS, proximity, and barometer sensors. More comprehensive details about the tablet are expected to be unveiled on October 6 during Google’s official launch event.
